I'm a psychology major and an artist, but my passion is writing. I love video games, and some of my favorites are Rayman, Shin Megami Tensei, and Ar Tonelico. Feel free to chat me up! I'd love to make new friends!

DO NOT FOLLOW IF:

- You learned about Rayman from Captain Laserhawk. I do not trust CLH fans. Ramon is a personal slap in the face to me as someone who has an alter who has identified as Rayman for 20+ years.- You post untagged gore, including signal boosts. Please understand this is coming from many months of having to mute the same post over and over again because it keeps showing up on my feed. I cannot be randomly exposed to gore on a regular basis, it will make me physically ill.- You identify as a "proshipper" or someone who thinks it's ok to ship incest and other abusive ships as if they weren't inherently harmful.- You identify as an "antishipper", which is essentially a conservative in disguise. Additionally, conservatives are not welcome.- You indulge in lolicon, identify as a (NO)MAP, or believe there are "good pedophiles who don't hurt children" (yes someone used this line on me once).- You repost art without the artist's permission OR use AI art in any way, shape, or form.- You support Trump or any of his boyfriends, like Elon and Putin.

About Me

On 3/9/24, an incident occurred that made me extremely aware that I share my body with someone else. Since then, I have been working closely with my therapist in relation to my identity. Information about my diagnosis, why it happened, and how it works are things I'm happy to share in an interview, but otherwise I will be keeping it private. This is who I am, and I would hope that anyone who meets me would respect me the way they want to be respected. You may use she/her pronouns for me as a default! All of my alters are accustomed to responding to she/her, but it would make the men happy if you took note of them and used he/him. As of now, my alters all identify as either she or he, but this can change! Identity is even more fluid for someone with an identity disorder.I have used Rayman as a coping mechanism since I was 6, so it was inevitable that he would become the host of my system.

What is DID?

Dissociative Identity Disorder, once called Multiple Personality Disorder, is a developmental disorder caused when a child is forced to dissociate to cope with pain and loss. Because it is developmental, it cannot be reversed, so I will never "go back to the way I was." In fact, arguably, I have never had a stable personality. Instead, I have been functioning in tandem with all of the other mood states in my head. While sorely underfunded in research, I once had the pleasure of interviewing a dissociative disorder specialist during my studies. She taught me many things about how to put the DID experience to words, as well as the modern theory behind it. In order to conceptualize how DID works, I use the following visual exercises to describe the disorder:The Tree - This visualizes the creation of a brain with DID. Imagine the average, unaffected person - we call that a singlet - is an average oak tree. Now, think of images you might have seen, or go find images of trees growing from cracks in pavement, around objects, with major wounds in them, and the like. They develop very differently from a tree you might see on the side of the road, but it's still a tree. Some of them have similarities, but all of them are largely changed by the environment they were grown in, changing their shape. The same can be said for a person with DID, though whether or not it changes the very shape of the brain has not been studied. The Car - This visualizes what it's like inside of a brain with DID. Imagine that the alter who is fronting is in the driver's seat, and the others take various positions inside the car. Changing the gear shift is like changing who is in front, which often comes with a mood shift. Cofronting is like two people are driving the same car, which, as you can imagine, has potential to get messy. The Countryside - This visualizes why it's so difficult to access memories another alter holds, as well as why switches cause headaches. Imagine that a singlet's mind is like a cityscape, where you can turn the corner and change destination to find what you're looking for at most any given time. For a system, unless the memory is right in front of us, it will take way too long to retrieve that information. It exists, but it isn't always accessible. If a memory is needed immediately, or if the memory is strong and refuses to be ignored, that's when a switch happens. It's like crossing a median; bumpy, rough, and leaving you in a vulnerable, sometimes dangerous state.

All of Me

Get to know the members of my system! These are in no particular order other than alphabetization.

AkechiSurprisingly, Akechi is not an introject. He chose a name and appearance that he liked, influenced by the fact that roleplaying as Akechi in order to fill a role in a story spurred his split from the others. He carries a lot of trauma, and hates the fact that we've never been supported in our youth, instead opting for full and total isolation.

AltaïrThe protector of our system and introject from Assassin's Creed. He prefers to be called Al over Altair. He's a little picky about the I for some reason. Altaïr is often friendly, if unemotive. He does, however, have a tendency to push boundaries with big corporations who lack the resources to narrow their focus onto him.

EllisA rather physically inclined member of the system, Ellis doesn't often make online appearances. He comes out to cook and to drive, and neither of those is easy nor safe to do while texting. He was born when my aunt was diagnosed with cancer circa 2010 and carried the whole system on his back when she passed away. We coped by playing L4D2 and memorizing Ellis stories around this time, unaware that it would result in his existence in our head.

ErimOur destroyer, and the one who forced us to reckon with our disorder. Erim is very unhinged, and I apologize in advanced if her emotions become too potent for you. We locked her away alongside Lufia many years ago, blamed for being
